Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmations Upon successful checkout and registration for a ReignMaker program, you will receive an Automated Email Confirmation. Meeting Credentials: This email contains your specific event date, time zone, and the secure meeting link. Support: If you do not receive this confirmation within 1 hour of booking, please check your spam folder and immediately contact your coach or email info@societyofreignmakers.com. 2. Attendance & Engagement Strategy To ensure the "Idea to Impact" framework is successful, these sessions are designed for active implementation. Preparation: Please arrive 2-3 minutes early with specific questions, your program workbook, and a readiness to engage. Camera Policy: To foster a collaborative environment, we encourage all participants to have their cameras on during group discussions. The "Safety First" Rule: Strictly no joining sessions while driving. If a participant is found to be operating a vehicle during a call, they will be disconnected from the session for their safety and the safety of others. You may catch the replay once you are stationary. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that the pace of business can be unpredictable. Notice Period: If you must reschedule a 1-to-1 or group-specific milestone call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Direct Contact: Please email us directly or call the number provided during your onboarding. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of that session's 1-to-1 credit. 4. Supplemental 1-to-1 Support While our group programs are comprehensive, we recognize that some operational gaps require a deeper dive. As-Needed Sessions: Additional 1-to-1 deep dives can be booked via our site, at our current hourly consulting rate. 5. Refund & Commitment Policy The Society of ReignMakers provides high-level intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and immediate access to digital assets. All Sales Final: Refunds are not available for any plans, memberships, virtual events, or courses. Commitment: By booking, you are committing to the full term of the program and the financial obligations associated with your chosen plan. 6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Privacy: To protect the "Broken Processes" shared by other SMB owners, what is discussed in the room stays in the room.
