Cancellation Policy

After you checkout / book, your mentor will reach out to you and collaborate a structured schedule for your 1 to 1 session. Unless you are joining a structured course with firm dates. In that instance, you will receive an automated email confirmation upon booking. The automated email will contain your event date and meeting link to join the scheduled call. Additional 1 to 1 sessions can be booked on an as needed basis. We ask that you come to each session with questions and be engaged as answers and guidance is being shared. Please don't join the sessions while driving. We understand how busy schedules can be. If you have to cancel or reschedule your scheduled session(s), please send us an email or call your mentor directly as soon as possible. Your mentor will provide his or her number upon scheduling. Refunds are not available for any of our plans, memberships, services, or courses. If you didn't receive your meeting link, please reach out to your coach.
